Hodis Learning and Music (HLM) is now offering homeschool services for grades K-12.
These services are available in-person to students in their regional service area, including the cities of South Pasadena, Pasadena, San Marino, San Gabriel, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, and Alhambra. Students located anywhere in the country may receive homeschool instruction online via Zoom.
Homeschooling can be conducted in one-on-one or small group settings. Students will receive instruction from expert educators who have studied their subject material at the university level, and have years of experience teaching students of all abilities, including both neurodiverse and neurotypical students. All common core school subjects are offered as well as art lessons and music lessons.
“There are many reasons a family might decide to choose homeschooling. There might be an outstanding event that has made it challenging for a student to attend traditional school, or perhaps a student has decided they want to pursue other interests and activities outside the classroom, and they want a more flexible education,” explains Drew M. Hodis, founder and president of Hodis Learning & Music.
“We work with students and their families to determine their academic goals, and customize the student’s education to fit those goals and their unique needs and interests.”
