Suspect 2 contacts victim and states that a special kennel must be purchased before the puppy can be shipped, and the money for the kennel will be reimbursed. Victim sends money for the kennel. Suspect 2 contacts victim and states that the puppy is currently stranded and additional fees must be paid to fix the issue.
