• 1-11-22, 1:00 PM to 1-12-22, 11:00 AM, 600 block of Indiana. Suspect(s) damage victim’s mailbox and take loss. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, wearing black clothing and white shoes. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Silver or grey compact sedan. LOSS: Mail.

• 1-12-22, 1:30 PM, 1700 block of State. ’04 Toyota Prius. Suspects cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 30s. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 30s. S3 – Male, Hispanic, 30s. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Red sedan. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 1-12-22, 2:53 PM to 3:31 PM, 1700 block of State. ’04 Honda Accord. Suspects cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, White. S2 – Male, White. S3 – Male, White. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Yellow Japanese import vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 1-10-22, 3:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 700 block of Orange Grove. ’06 Honda Element. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 1-15-22, 7:00 AM, 2000 block of Empress. ’07 Toyota Prius. Suspects cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, heavyset. S2 – Male. S3 – Male. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Black, late model, Kia Sedona minivan. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

IDENTITY THEFT

12-26-21, 6:00 PM. Suspect uses victim’s information and applies for a credit card.

AUTO BURGLARY

1-12-22, 9:00 PM to 1-13-22, 10:00 AM, 1300 block of Spruce. Suspect(s) drill vehicle door lock to gain entry and take loss. LOSS: Tools.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

1-5-22, 5:09 AM, 1800 block of State. Suspects gain entry into apartment building by sliding a card through a door jamb. Suspects then enter laundry room and remove a coin box. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, White, dark curly hair with mustache, 30 years, 5’08’’ – 5’10’’, 180 lbs., wearing black shoes, black pants, black shirt, black hooded “Adidas” jacket, black “Las Vegas Raiders” cap. S2 – Male, White, 5’08’’ – 5’10’’, 180 lbs., 40 years, wearing light-colored jeans, white shoes, gray hooded jacket, white or gray t-shirt, black gloves. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Dark gray, mid to late 2000, 4-door, B6 Audi A4 Avant. LOSS: U.S. currency.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

1-13-22, 3:05 AM to 3:19 AM, 600 block of Grand. Officers respond to a call regarding a disturbance and find suspect to be in possession of PCP. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 32 years, Los Angeles.

DUI

1-15-22, 5:28 PM to 5:44 PM, Mission/Garfield. Officer responds to a call regarding a disturbance and finds suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 43 years, Los Angeles.

VANDALISM

• 1-11-22, 7:54 PM to 8:09 PM, 1100 block of El Centro. ’99 Ford F250. Suspect kicks victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 40 years, wearing a white tank top, khaki shorts

• 1-17-22, 4:32 PM, Orange Grove/Monterey. Suspect(s) damages victim’s fence.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

1-13-22, 3:00 PM to 3:41 PM, 2000 block of Fletcher. Suspect uses the address of multiple subjects without their consent for deliveries. Suspect contacts witness and asks for the delivered mail and packages and claims that the items had been misdelivered. Witness agrees to release mail to suspect if suspect provides a photo ID. Suspect pretends to show a picture of an ID on phone and snatches mail from subject. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, mid 20s, 6’00’’ to 6’01’’, 120 lbs., wearing a gray hooded sweater, black shorts, black socks, cream colored slippers. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: White Alfa Romeo Stelvio compact SUV.
