• 4-12-22, 2:00 AM to 2:06 AM, 1700 block of Grevelia. ’08 Toyota Prius. Suspects cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 40 years, Los Angeles. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 36 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Catalytic converter (recovered).

• 4-13-22, 7:00 PM to 4-14-22, 12:00 AM, 1100 block of Huntington. ’20 Toyota Tacoma. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 4-16-22, 4:47 PM, Meridian and Prospect. ’01 Toyota Sequoia. Suspects cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS: S1 – Male, Hispanic, medium build, wearing a red backwards hat, blue facemask, white long sleeve shirt, red shorts, black tube socks, and black shoes. S2 – Female, Hispanic, wearing a black tank top. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

4-15-22, 7:00 AM to 4-17-22, 9:30 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions). Suspect(s) remove lock to gain entry into a storage container and take loss. LOSS: Power tools, construction materials.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

4-12-22, 1900 block of Marengo. Suspect(s) enter victim’s property and take loss. LOSS: Tools, security camera.

AUTO BURGLARY

4-12-22, 1:30 AM to 2:20 AM, 700 block of Orange Grove. ’07 Honda S2000. Suspect(s) enter victim’s vehicle through unknown means. LOSS: Unknown. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 5’7”, late 20’s, wearing a dark blue hoodie, dark pants, carrying a red tote bag with white and red stripes.

VANDALISM

• 4-17-22, 6:00 PM to 4-18-22, 6:00 AM, 400 block of Raymondale. ’19 Subaru Impreza. Suspect(s) shatter the front driver side window of victim’s vehicle.

• 4-17-22, 9:00 AM to 4-18-22, 6:59 AM, State/Raymondale. ’05 Mini Cooper. Suspect(s) shatter the front passenger window of victim’s vehicle.

• 4-17-22, 9:22 PM, 1000 block of Mission. Suspect throws and breaks victim’s planter.

OBSCENE/ANNOYING/THREATENING CALLS

4-7-22. Suspect(s) create multiple media accounts and messages victim to send nude photos.

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 4-11-22, 2:30 PM to 4-12-22, 8:40 AM, 700 block of Orange Grove. ’22 Toyota Sienna.

• 4-12-22, 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Mound and Hope. ’10 Audi A4. Recovered 4-18-22.

• 4-14-22, 2:27 PM, 400 block of Fair Oaks. ’99 Honda CR-V.

• 4-15-22, 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 800 block of La Bellorita. ’19 Porsche Cayenne.

• 4-15-22, 6:30 PM to 4-16-22, 8:30 AM, 2000 block of Empress. ’01 Ford E-250.

TRESPASSING

4-13-22, 2:11 AM, 600 block of Monterey (ReNew United Methodist Church). Officers on patrol contact trespassing suspect. Suspect flees and resists arrest while attempting to deploy pepper spray on officers. Suspect is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 47 years.

FRAUD

• 2-28-22, 12:00 AM to 3-14-22, 12:00 AM. Suspect(s) alter and cash victim’s checks.

• 4-4-22, 12:00 AM to 4-11-22, 12:00 AM. Suspect(s) alter and cash victim’s checks.

• 4-17-22, 5:00 AM. Suspect(s) make multiple unauthorized transactions with victim’s bank cards.

• 4-9-22, 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Suspect uses victim’s information to open an unauthorized account.

FRAUD BY FALSE PRETENSE

4-8-22, 8:00 AM to 4-13-22, 6:00 PM. Victim applies for a job online on LinkedIn. Suspect sends victim a check in excess of the agreed amount and claims that there was a clerical error. Suspect instructs victim to send the difference back. Victim complies and later finds that the check was fraudulent.
