SPHS Music Department | Annual Spaghetti Dinner Thursday

Big fundraising event features live student music, tons of food, wonderful raffles prizes and auction items in support of the Arts

Looking to fill your belly with some delicious Italian food while also supporting the arts?

South Pasadena High’s Instrumental Department is hosting its annual spaghetti dinner on Thursday, February 28, in the school gymnasium.

The dinner will be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. and will feature spaghetti, fresh green salad, garlic bread, and dessert.

Oh, and let’s not forget the entertainment. Members of the band, orchestra and drum line will perform for guests throughout the evening.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for children 12 and under and may be purchased from band or orchestra members. They will also be sold at the door.

The event will also include a silent auction featuring items from South Pasadena businesses.

All Proceeds from this event will benefit the instrumental music programs at South Pasadena High School.

“Over 200 parents and student volunteers host this event annually to raise much-needed funds for SPHS Music Boosters, a vibrant organization dedicated to meeting the growing and dynamic needs of school age students in the pursuit of music education,” explained one of the event organizers, Jane Hamatani.
