South Pasadena Seniors Celebrate Spooky Times with Drive-Thru Halloween

Not to be barred from having a little bit of Halloween fun, the Senior Citizens Foundation in conjunction with the South Pasadena Senior center hosted a ‘Halloween Drive-By’ on Wednesday morning.

Treat bags containing cupcakes, treats, and fun activities to do at home were distributed to the city’s seniors who rolled on through while wearing funky, freaky clothing in anticipation of this year’s peculiar Hallow’s Eve.

Volunteers aided in packaging and handing out goodies to participants, while dressed as a chorus of M&M’s chocolates.

The Senior Center will also be holding a Thanksgiving themed drive-by on Monday, November 23, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Registration is required to participate. Deadline for sign-ups is November 19. Call (626) 403-7360 to register.
