O’Sullivan was the guest speaker Tuesday at the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce monthly ShopTalk, which allows other business owners and managers a chance to meet other community leaders, enjoy breakfast and hear an informative and interesting presentation on a business-related topic.

“At KSHIFT, we are in the people business and we understand that every business is dependent 100% on its people to deliver on their promises,” says O’Sullivan on the site. “Whenever you have people, you have endless “dynamics” that either set you up for success or put your business at risk. And, the multi-generational workforce just amplifies those dynamics.

“We are committed to solving those pesky people problems and obliterating the generational tug-of-war that is putting so many businesses at risk today. How?” she continued. “By helping business owners fully leverage the skills, strengths, and experience of everyone within the organization.”

O’Sullivan says the unique KSHIFT Framework is designed to elevate people, productivity and profit, allowing you to grow with ease.

ShopTalk meets the first Tuesday of the month at Mike & Anne’s Restaurant, 1040 Mission Street in South Pasadena starting at 8 a.m. Chamber member Price: $15, guest price: $20, including breakfast.
