Dr. Chen, local chiropractor who specializes in Blair Chiropractory, talked about his profession during Tuesday’s Rotary luncheon at Oneonta Congregational Church in South Pasadena.

Chen, a Rotary member, emphasized manipulation of the upper spine to address a number of health issues.

The Rotary speaker for the October 16 meeting will be South Pasadena Councilmember Diana Mahmud who will be speaking on Proposition S, the measure which, if approved, will result in the elimination of the city’s Utility Users Tax or UUT.
