On behalf of the South Pasadena Preservation Foundation, Odom Stamps, the organization’s treasurer, accepted a proclamation from Schneider. With its small town atmosphere, The City of South Pasadena continues to perpetuate a quality of life that has kept so many long-time residents in the community and attract new residents.

The city has a strong element of preservation to its General Plan, a solid cultural heritage ordinance and benefits from the State Office of Historic Preservation as a certified local government.
