The Mission and Meridian intersection in South Pasadena has been blocked since early this morning. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on the scene, the gates are stuck in the down position and blocking the intersection.
No through traffic in either direction is allowed while Metro is fixing the problem. Traffic is being diverted to nearby streets.
Trains are operating as normal.
