Arrest of Male Suspect for Indecent Exposure and Annoyance of a Child Under 18

South Pasadena (Calif.) – On January 16, 2024, the South Pasadena Police Department arrested a male suspect in connection with indecent exposure and child annoyance. The incident occurred while the teen victim was walking to school on the 1400 block of Monterey Road.

The suspect, an unhoused male identified as 27-year-old Christopher Alexander Kovacs, was taken into custody after witnesses positively identified him. The suspect is currently being held in custody at Alhambra City Jail, and the case will be presented to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for review and potential prosecution.
