South Pasadena residents will have two upcoming opportunities to learn more about Measure SOS, the local Street/Road/Pothole Repair and 9-1-1 Safety Measure appearing on the November 3, 2026 ballot.
The local measure aims to address key infrastructure needs across the community, including repairing damaged streets, roads, and sidewalks; fixing potholes; enhancing emergency evacuation routes; and upgrading storm drains to prevent flooding.
To help residents make informed decisions, local community organization WISPPA and city leaders are hosting upcoming informational meetings to provide details and answer questions ahead of Election Day.

What is Measure SOS?
Measure SOS (South Pasadena Street/Road/Pothole Repair, 9-1-1 Safety Measure) is a local safety and infrastructure measure placed on the November 3, 2026 ballot. If passed, the measure is designed to fund critical improvements to city roads, traffic safety, storm drain infrastructure, and emergency response capabilities.
All South Pasadena community members are encouraged to attend either session to learn more about the measure’s potential impact on local services.
