Wine & Song continues their residency at Lost Parrot Cafe this Wednesday, September 13, with the music stylings of Eric Ramsey and Summer Woods. “What a great time at “Lost Parrothead Night” last Wednesday!” says Brad Colerick. “Another fun one coming up this week. And our curtain is back along with a cool new logo backdrop (thank you Peter Wilson.) If you haven’t yet been to the Lost Parrot, you’re missing out. They have a full bar and a limited, but excellent menu. See you Wednesday!”

Phoenix-based Eric Ramsey is an award-winning blues and slide guitarist and a perennial favorite on the festival circuit. His original compositions reflect his musical influences, but come from a place all their own. He writes from experience about the human condition — stark, at times sensitive, at times humorous, always thought-provoking. His arrangements and delivery encompass a spectrum of styles, from delicate fingerpicking to raucous, bluesy bottleneck slide.

Summer Woods is a striking musical up-and-comer with a refreshingly straightforward and classic approach to the singer-songwriter genre, colored with her irresistibly quirky way of telling stories and sharing messages of relentless optimism. Hailing from the small suburb of Chino Hills, she is a recent graduate of Los Angeles College of Music. She has a wonderful new video worth checking out of a song called… “Pasadena.”
