POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA

1-27-19, 3:28 AM, Marmion/110 Freeway. Officer contacts and find suspects to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 31 years, Los Angeles. S2 – Male, White, 25 years, Los Angeles.

• 1-29-19, 3:36 AM, Alhambra/Empress. Officer conducts a traffic stop and finds the subject to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 28 years, Los Angeles.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

1-29-19, 8:15 AM, Arroyo/Mission. Suspect exposes his genitals to victim. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 29 years, Los Angeles.

THEFT

1-29-19, 10:36 AM to 10:53 AM. Suspect takes victim’s unsecured loss. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 25 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Bicycle.

• 1-30-19, 7:30 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in gift bag and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Black, 23 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Razor, toothbrushes, medication (recovered).

• 2-4-19, 7:15 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 58 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Liquor.

AUTO BURGLARY

1-29-19, 3:30 PM to 4:10 PM, 900 block of Lohman. ’14 Mercedes CLA 250. Suspect(s) smash victim’s window to gain entry into car and take loss. LOSS: Purse.

• 2-3-19, 10:00 PM to 2-4-19, 10:00 AM, 1300 block of Lyndon. Ford Escort. Suspects smash the right rear window of victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Backpack.

ASSAULT

1-30-19, 2:31 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect spits on store employees and kicks a responding officer. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 28 years, North Hollywood.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

1-31-19, 11:19 AM to 12:04 PM, 500 block of Hermosa. Suspect(s) cut window screen to gain entry into victim’s residence. LOSS: Unknown.

• 2-1-19, 7:40 PM to 7:47 PM, 1600 block of Camino Lindo (Hot Prowl). Suspects shatter glass door to gain entry into victim’s residence. Suspects flee when they discover victim in residence. SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS: S1 – Thin build, wearing all dark clothing, hoodie. S2 – Thin build, wearing all dark clothing, hoodie. LOSS: None.

• 2-1-19, 9:57 PM to 9:59 PM, 1700 block of Milan (Hot Prowl). Suspect attempts to gain entry into victim’s residence by hitting a window with a crowbar. Suspect flees when he sees victim. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, late 20’s, 150 lbs., wearing all dark clothing, a dark hoodie, holding a crowbar.

• 2-4-19, 1:10 PM to 1:34 PM, 2100 block of Mission. Suspect attempts to gain entry into victim’s residence by hitting a door window with an umbrella. Suspect flees when he sees victim. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 40 years, 6.0’, heavy build, long white beard, wearing a blue bandana, white shirt, backpack.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

1-31-19, 12:57 PM to 1:44 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect attempts to cash a fictitious check. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Black, 29 years, Inglewood.

• 1-30-19, 9:35 AM, 200 block of Los Laureles. Suspect(s) use victim’s information and attempt to withdraw cash from victim’s account. Suspect(s) contact victim’s phone provider and use victim’s identity to change a phone number.

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

1-31-19, 2:49 PM, 1400 block of Bank. Victim holds onto suspect’s vehicle as suspect drives away. Victim hits several parked cars and falls off the vehicle.

SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Black sedan. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Female, White, 20’s, 5’08’’, 110 lbs., long brown hair, wearing a black skirt. ROBBERY

1-31-19, 10:05 PM, 1700 block of Hope. Suspect approaches victim from behind and demands victim to hand over items. Suspect flees when victim knocks on the door of a residence and asks for help. LOSS: None. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 6’0, 200 lbs., 18 years, brown hair, wearing a puffy red winter jacket, blue jeans, black shoes.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

2-3-19, 9:51 AM, 1100 block of Mission. Officers respond to a call regarding a subject lying down and blocking the entrance of a business. Officers find suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 51 years, transient.
