The Rotary Club of South Pasadena hosts 7th Annual Taste of South Pasadena – Eats on the Streets - Tuesday, April 17, 6 to 9 pm

The Rotary Club of South Pasadena will be hosting its 7th Annual Taste of South Pasadena – Eats on the Streets on Tuesday, April 17 from 6 to 9 pm.  There will also be a VIP Wine Tasting by Garagiste at the Canoe House for adults starting at 5 pm.

So grab your wristbands and enjoy fine tastes from all your favorite, or soon to be favorite, restaurants.  The walking event features incredible cuisine from eateries and bakeries up and down Mission Street and Fair Oaks Avenue.  It’s fun for the whole family!  Spend time with your neighbors and enjoy a relaxing evening on the Town exploring our charming downtown and terrific food options.

In 2017 22 restaurants and 12 wineries participated and over 850 people attended, so don’t miss this one which promises to be bigger and better than ever!

Food tickets are $35 for adults purchased in advance ($40 at the door), $15 for children 7 to 18, and Children under 7 are FREE!

For those interested in wine tasting, there will be a special VIP wine tasting hosted by Garagiste at the Canoe House from 5 until 7:30.  There will be 12 wineries where you can talk to the vintner and take home a commemorative wine glass donated by Priority One Credit Union.  The cost for the wine tasting is $25.

Rotary President Dan Watson tells us, “Taste of South Pasadena is not only our largest fundraiser that supports our local and international projects, it’s also a great opportunity to get out and explore our downtown and the many great dining choices that are here.  This has become one of the City’s premiere community events and we look forward to seeing our old friends, and making new ones, at Eats on the Streets.”

Tickets can be purchased by going to www.tasteofsouthpasadena.com  Purchased tickets can be exchanged for wristbands on the day of the Taste after 4:30 pm at the Canoe House at Fair Oaks and Hope or at Moo on Mission near the Gold Line station at Mission and Meridian.

Guest are encouraged to walk, but a shuttle service will be provided compliments of David Morales State Farm Agent.
