The junior is a two-sport athlete who plays both football and baseball. On the gridiron he plays receiver but was asked to step in as quarterback for much of this past season. On the diamond he plays catcher and will be counted on to lead an inexperienced pitching staff this upcoming season.

Luna-Long is a natural athlete who played with a hurt wrist the majority of the football season. Even so, he ran and threw for multiple big plays this past season. Now healthy, look for big things this spring on the baseball field from one of the better dual sport athletes in the Rio Hondo League.

Older brother Sidney who was a standout at South Pasadena High School last year is now a freshman playing wide receiver at Culver Stockton College in Missouri.
