THEFT

  • 5-5-20, 5:37 PM to 5:46 PM, 1600 block of Raymond Hill. Suspect enters victim’s carport and takes unsecured loss. LOSS: Bicycle.
  • 5-5-20, 7:11 PM to 7:59 PM, 2000 block of Pine. Suspect takes loss from victim’s front yard. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 30 years, Pico Rivera. LOSS: Bicycle (recovered).
  • 5-6-20, 3:22 PM to 3:39 PM, 1600 block of Oak. ’00 Honda Accord. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle by jamming a piece of metal into ignition switch. LOSS: Backpack, medication, speaker, writing utensils, recyclables.
  • 5-4-20, 7:00 PM to 5-6-20, 3:00 PM, 600 block of Meridian. ’09 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
  • 5-2-20, 11:50 AM to 5-3-20, 11:50 AM, 1700 block of Oxley. ’18 Mercedes-Benz SLC300. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: U.S. currency, key, miscellaneous paperwork.
  • 5-7-20, 3:41 AM to 4:24 AM, 1000 block of Arroyo. ’10 Honda Element. Suspect tampers with victim’s vehicle and takes loss. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Red pickup truck. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
  • 5-6-20, 2:00 PM to 5-7-20, 4:30 PM, 300 block of San Pascual. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s property. LOSS: Bicycle.
  • 5-9-20, 3:18 AM to 3:21 AM, 2000 block of Ashbourne. ‘2020 Ram 1500. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle and make several unauthorized transactions. LOSS: Wallet, bank cards, driver’s license, vehicle registration, keys.
  • 5-9-20, 4:21 AM to 4:43 AM, 1800 block of Diamond. ’03 Honda Element. Witness sees suspects using a saw in an attempt to steal a catalytic converter from victim’s vehicle. Witness confronts suspects and suspects leave without loss. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male. S2 – Male. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: White Honda Odyssey.

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA

  • 5-7-20, 10:54 AM to 11:28 AM, 300 block of Monterey. Officer responds to a call regarding a panic alarm and finds suspect to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 42 years, Los Angeles.
  • 5-9-20, 4:04 AM to 4:20 AM, 100 block of Marmion. Officer stops suspect for a traffic violation and finds suspect to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 57 years, Los Angeles.

STOLEN VEHICLE

  • 5-9-20, 9:31 PM to 9:50 PM, 900 block Magnolia. ’14 Toyota Prius.

AUTO BURGLARY

  • 5-3-20, 8:00 PM to 5-4-20, 8:05 AM, 700 block of Orange Grove. ’13 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s vehicle by tampering with the driver side door. LOSS: Backpack, emergency supplies.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

  • 5-2-20, 12:00 AM to 5-4-20, 9:00 AM, 1100 block of Huntington. ’19 Nissan Rogue. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s parking garage and tamper with multiple storage cabinets. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s vehicle through unknown means and take loss. LOSS: Garage door opener.
  • 5-7-20, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 700 block of Charter Oak (attempt). Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s garage by tampering with a neighboring fence and removing a door. LOSS: None.

VANDALISM

  • 5-7-20, 1:00 PM to 1:08 PM, 1000 block of El Centro. Suspect punches an enclosed bulletin board, damaging it. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 53 years, transient.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

  • 5-9-20, 10:20 AM to 10:27 AM, 1700 block of Garfield (Ralphs). Officers respond to a call regarding a subject demanding money from a customer. Officers find suspects to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for themselves. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 26 years, Los Angeles. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 28 years, Lancaster.
