THEFT

• 5-16-20, 7:16 PM to 7:33 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in shopping basket and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 35 years, Pasadena. LOSS: Food items (recovered).

• 5-13-20, 9:00 AM to 5-19-20, 9:30 AM, 2100 block of Hanscom. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s property. LOSS: Survey stakes.

• 5-19-20, 2:04 PM to 2:22 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect 1 walks into store and waits while suspect 2 and suspect 3 places loss in a tote bag and shopping basket. Suspect 1 leaves store and gets into suspect vehicle. Suspect 2 and suspect 3 run out of store and into the awaiting vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Female, Black. S2 – Female, Black. S3 – Female, Black. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Gray Nissan sedan. LOSS: Shampoo, razors, miscellaneous items.

• 5-19-20, 3:26 PM to 3:51 PM, 1600 block of Huntington. Suspect takes victim’s unsecured loss while suspect is sitting on a bus bench. Suspect leaves in an awaiting vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Female, Black. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Black sedan. LOSS: Purse, bank cards, U.S. currency, ID card.

• 5-18-20, 4:30 PM, 800 block of Stratford. Suspect(s) take unattended loss from victim’s porch. LOSS: Messenger bag, laptop, glasses, charger, miscellaneous paperwork.

• 5-20-20, 3:42 PM to 4:25 PM, 1700 block of Huntington. ’11 Honda CR-V. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 5-19-20, 10:00 PM to 5-20-20, 10:00 AM, 200 block of Oaklawn. ’10 Honda Element. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 5-20-20, 12:30 PM to 12:40 PM, 1700 block of Bank. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s front porch. LOSS: Parcel package.

• 5-20-20, 2:00 AM to 1:43 PM, 1600 block of Amberwood. Honda Pilot. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: Miscellaneous items.

• 5-17-20, 6:10 AM to 5-18-20, 8:15 PM, 300 block of Meridian. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s front porch. LOSS: Parcel package.

• 5-12-20, 9:46 AM to 5-15-20, 5:45 PM, 1700 block of Grevelia. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s balcony. LOSS: Bicycle.

• 5-24-20, 12:57 PM to 1:09 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 30 years, heavyset, wearing gray clothing. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Gray Toyota Scion. LOSS: Alcohol.

IDENTITY/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

• 5-18-20, 5:20 PM to 5-19-20, 1:24 AM, 1000 block of Fremont. Suspect(s) take loss from mailbox and alters victim’s check.

VANDALISM

• 5-16-20, 9:16 AM to 5-22-20, 1:00 PM, Pasadena/Sycamore. Suspect(s) damage police department’s radar trailer.
• POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
• 5-23-20, 11:00 PM to 11:22 PM, 100 block Marmion. Officer contacts and finds suspect to be in possession of methamphetamine. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 31 years, Costa Mesa.
• 5-25-20, 10:47 PM to 11:03 PM, 1000 block of Lohman. Officer contacts and finds suspect to be in possession of methamphetamine. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Asian, 30 years, Fullerton.

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 5-21-20, 9:09 AM to 10:22 AM, 1500 block of Spruce. ’97 Honda Accord (recovered by LAPD Southwest Division).
• 5-21-20, 7:45 PM to 8:33 PM, 1100 block of Fremont. ’99 Honda Civic (recovered by LAPD Hollenbeck Division).

AUTO BURGLARY

• 5-1-20, 12:00 PM to 1:25 PM, 1800 block of State. ’14 Toyota Sienna. Suspect(s) smashes a window to gain entry. LOSS: Miscellaneous items.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

• 5-17-20, 5:11 AM to 5:13 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspects gain entry into business by prying sliding doors open. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, 5’06’’ – 5’08’’, 160 – 180 lbs., wearing a red hat, dark colored hooded sweater, white vest, white camouflage patterned pants, carrying multiple bags. S2 – Male, 5’06’’ – 5’08’’, 150 – 170 lbs., wearing a black hat, black hooded sweater, black pants. LOSS: Liquor, cigarettes.

TRESPASSING

• 5-19-20, 1:13 PM to 1:57 PM, 1600 block of Spruce. Suspects enter a vacant apartment building without permission. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Female, Hispanic, 23 years, Long Beach. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 44 years, Los Angeles.
• 5-23-20, 1:13 PM to 3:18 PM, 1700 block of Huntington. Officer responds to a call regarding a subject sleeping in a car port and finds suspect to be trespassing. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 34 years, transient.

ROBBERY

• 5-25-20, 2:11 PM to 3:01 PM, 1800 block of State (attempt). Suspect runs up to victim and places both hands on victim’s neck. Suspect demands victim to hand over wallet and keys. Victim fights back and suspect runs away. Suspect is quickly arrested by police. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 31 years, Los Angeles.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

• 5-25-20, 10:00 PM to 10:17 PM, 700 block of Fair Oaks. Officer responds to a call regarding an unconscious subject lying on the ground and finds suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 25 years, transient.
