RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

• 3-17-23, 10:30 PM to 11:20 PM, 500 block of Columbia. Suspect(s) smashes a bedroom window to gain entry. LOSS: Watches, jewelry and cash.

• 3-14-23, 6:30 PM to 3-15-23, 5:40 PM, 1200 block of Marengo (attempt). Suspect attempts to pry open rear back door but fails to gain entry. LOSS: None.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

3-16-23, 2:21 AM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Blaze Pizza). Suspect uses possibly a key to gain entry and removes loss from safe. LOSS: Cash. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and pants.

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 3-14-23, 8:20 PM to 8:30 PM, 700 block of Fair Oaks, Shell Gas Station (attempt). ’05, Ford Mustang. Victim parks at gas pump and walks to cashier. Suspect enters unlocked vehicle as victim returns to vehicle and sees suspect in driver’s seat. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 35 years, 5’7”, 150 with blonde spiky hair.

• 3-15-23, 5 PM, 1000 block of Garfield. ’00, Toyota Camry. Victim loans vehicle to a friend and is not returned.

THEFT

• 3-9-23, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 1300 block of Huntington. ’23 Toyota Sienna. Suspect(s) gain access into victim’s trunk by unknown means and take loss. LOSS: Curtains, clothing accessories.

• 1-1-23, 12:00 AM to 3-1-23, 12:00 AM, 1700 block of Oak. Suspects works inside victim’s residence and possibly takes loss. LOSS: Suitcase, jewelry.

• 3-13-23, 6:00 PM to 3-14-23, 8:00 AM, 600 block of Prospect. Suspect takes unattended loss from victim’s carport. LOSS: Bicycle.

• 3-15-23, 4:55 AM, 500 block of Hermosa. ’16 Jeep Wrangler. Suspect takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Backpack, first aid kit.

• 3-17-23, 8:27 AM, 1400 block of Oneonta Knoll. ’15 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 3-17-23, 7:20 AM to 9:58 AM, 1400 block of Fremont (South Pasadena High School). ’03 Honda Accord. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 3-18-23, 3:52 AM to 4:00 AM, 2000 block of Meridian. ’08 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) cut and attempt to remove the catalytic converter from victim’s vehicle.

• 3-19-23, 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 1800 block of Spruce. ’03 Hyundai Elantra, Suspect(s) enter victim’s unlocked vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Purse, wallet, miscellaneous items.

• 3-19-23, 5:00 PM to 3-20-23, 8:15 AM. ’22 Toyota Tacoma. Suspect(s) remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Tailgate.

• 3-19-23, 12:00 PM to 3-20-23, 3:00 PM, 1100 block of Maple. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

FRAUD

1-1-23 to 3-8-23. Suspect contacts victim through social media and suspect ask victim to invest in crypto currency. Victim complies and suspect withdrawals victim’s funds.

VANDALISM

• 3-16-23, 11 AM to 3-17-23, 11:30 AM, 2000 block of Meridian. Suspect(s) pries open victim’s mailbox.

• 3-20-23, 7:45 PM, 700 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect and victim are involved in a road rage incident. Suspect pulls out a bat and hits victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Red, older model vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, or White, 40 years, black and white hair, wearing prescription glasses.

ASSAULT

• 3-19-23, 12:50 AM, 1400 block of Huntington (The Barkley). Suspect (customer) causes a disturbance inside restaurant and bumps victim (employee).

• 3-20-23, 4 AM, 1100 block of Maple. Toyota Prius. Victim is inside residence and hears grinding noises coming from outside. Victim exits house and sees suspects removing loss from vehicle. S1 sees victim and pulls out a handgun and points it at victim. Victim backs-off as suspects flee with loss. LOSS: Catalytic converter. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Gray, 2- door, vehicle. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, 511, wearing a black mask, black jacket and pants. S2 – Male.

PROWLING

3-18-23, 1:45 AM, 4000 block of Harriman. Suspect enters victim’s property and walks to the rear area. Officers arrive and locate suspect. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 45 years, Los Angeles.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

3-20-23, 4:45 AM, 1600 block of Amberwood. Officers respond to a suspect attempting to open victim’s door. Officers arrive and contact suspect who is found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 25 years, Glendale.
