ROBBERY

• 7-19-23, 2:50 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Bank of America). Victim exits bank and enters vehicle, placing loss in passenger seat. Suspect approaches and opens passenger side door and forcefully takes loss from victim. LOSS: Purse. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Dark colored minivan. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, wearing dark shirt, dark shorts and dark shoes.

• 7-20-23, 1:30 PM, Hope/Fair Oaks. Victim is driving when suspect pulls alongside and gestures for victim to pull over. Victim and suspect pull to side of road and S1 claims victim caused a collision. S2 then forcefully pulls on victim’s loss and both suspects flee to suspect’s vehicle and drives away. LOSS: Purse. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Dark colored van and blue sedan. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: S1 – Female, Hispanic, 30 years, 5’5”, heavyset, brown hair, wearing a black dress. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 6’, wearing a hooded shirt and carrying a backpack.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

• 7-18-23, 3 AM, 200 block of Monterey. Victim is home sleeping when suspect smashes a window to gain entry. Victim hears noise and confronts suspect in living room. Suspect runs away with no loss. LOSS: None. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Female, Black, 5’1”, 100 pounds, shaved head, wearing a gray hooded sweat jacket.

• 7-20-23, 3:30 PM to 7-21-23, 12 PM, 600 block of Mound. Suspect smashes window to gain entry and takes loss. LOSS: Jewelry.

STOLEN VEHICLE

7-23-23, 5 PM to 7-24-23, 10:35 AM, 1300 block of Huntington. ’98, Toyota Tundra. Recovered on 7-24-23 by Alhambra PD.

THEFT

• 7-17-23, 7 PM, 1400 block of Huntington (Grocery Outlet). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Alcohol (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 39 years, Los Angeles.

• 7-20-23, 12 PM to 7-21-23, 1 AM, 1000 block of Mission. ’98, Ford Mustang. Suspect(s) enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Wallet, backpack, Ipad and guitar.

• 7-18-23, 8:50 PM, 600 block of Fair Oaks (Bristol Farms). Suspects enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Alcohol. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, Black, 20 years, 5’ 7”, 145 pounds, black hair, wearing white shirt and blue jeans. S2 – Female, Black, 20 years, 5’5”, 155 pounds, wearing pink shirt and pants. S3 – Female, Black, 20 years, 5’5”, 200 pounds, wearing shorts and unknown color shirt.

• 7-18-23,1:06 PM to 7-19-23, 1:16 AM, 800 block of Meridian (Snap Fitness). Suspect enters gym and takes loss. LOSS: Access clicker. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 18 years, 5’7”, thin build.

• 7-20-23, 12:30 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Cereal and milk. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 35 years, Los Angeles.

• 7-22-23, 8:45 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Alcohol, headphones and charger (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 66 years, Los Angeles.

ASSAULT

7-22-23, 1 AM, Huntington/Alhambra. Victim is standing on the street when suspect approaches and ask for a light to smoke. Victim does not have a lighter and suspect hits victim. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 28 years, Palmdale.

IDENTITY THEFT/FRAUD

• 6-19-23 to 7-20-23. Victim deposits loss in mailbox and suspect(s) gains access to loss through unknown means. Suspect(s) alter loss and cashes loss. LOSS: Check.

• 7-15-23, 1:20 PM, 1300 block of Fair Oaks (Chase). Suspect attempts to withdrawal funds from victim’s account with a fake identification card. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Asian, 35 years, Hacienda Heights.

• 7-10-23, 3 PM. Victim deposits loss in mailbox and suspect(s) gains access to loss through unknown means. Suspect(s) alter loss and cashes loss. LOSS: Check.

AUTO BURGLARY

• 7-19-23, 1 AM to 5:45 AM, 2000 block of Monterey. ’03, GMC. Suspect(s) gains entry into victim’s vehicle by unknown means. LOSS: Subwoofer.

• 7-24-23, 4:25 PM to 6:50 PM, 1400 block of Marengo. 23, Nissan Frontier. Suspect(s) smashes window to victim’s vehicle to gain entry. LOSS: Bag.

• 7-22-23, 10 AM to 7-23-23, 7 PM, 1900 block of Milan. ’06, Dodge Charger. Suspect(s) smashes window to victim’s vehicle to gain entry. LOSS: Unknown.

CRIMINAL THREATS

7-18-23, 7:57 PM, Mission/Meridian. Suspect and victim are acquaintances and get into an argument. Suspect hits victim and later threatens victim. Suspect is also found to have an outstanding warrant. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 50 years, Los Angeles.

VANDALISM

• 7-22-23, 3 PM to 7-23-23, 9:08 AM, 1800 block of Court. Suspect(s) throws paint at victim’s residence.

• 7-22-23, 3 PM to 7-23-23, 7 AM, 2000 block of Milan. Suspect(s) smashes victim’s vehicle window.

DUI

7-23-23, 2 AM, Orange Grove/California. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Asian, 55 years, San Marino.
