• 1-10-23, 8:45 AM to 1-11-23, 7:40 AM, 4000 block of Harriman. ’13, Toyota Sienna. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: Eyeglasses, air compressor and clothes.
• 1-9-23, 2:30 PM to 2:47 PM, 4000 block of Collis. Suspect walks up to victim’s front porch and takes loss. Suspect then walks to a waiting vehicle and drives away. LOSS: Parcel package. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Dark colored Kia SUV. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male wearing a gray hooded jacket with a large white lettering on the back and black pants.
• 1-11-23, 7 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (AT&T). Suspect enters store and takes loss left unattended on a counter. LOSS: Cell phone. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic or Asian, 20 years, wearing a dark sweater, dark pants and carrying a backpack.
• 1-12-23, 10 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss. Suspect then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Miscellaneous food items (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 33 years, Sylmar.
• 1-12-23, 11:24 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss. Suspect then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Rogaine and soda (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 29 years, Glendale.
• 1-12-23, 7 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions). Suspects enter store and takes loss. Suspect then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Merchandise. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, White, wearing a long sleeve shirt and black pants. S2 – Female, White, 35 years, wearing a black jacket and black pants.
• 1-15-23, 9:27 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspects enter store and takes loss. Suspects then exits store without paying for loss. Officers locate suspects and recover loss. LOSS: Batteries (recovered). SUSPECTS CONTACTED: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 35 years, Arcadia. S2 – Female, Hispanic, 35 years, Los Angeles.
• 1-15-23, 10 AM to 10:40 AM, 1000 block of Arroyo. Chevy Equinox. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: Cash.
• 1-12-23, 5:30 PM to 5:40 PM, 600 block of Mission. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: Backpack, jacket and backpack.
• 11-23-22, 6:30 PM to 11-28-22, 6 PM, 1600 block of Huntington. Suspect(s) takes loss from a carport. LOSS: Bag of clothes.
• 1-15-23, 9:25 AM, 1900 block of Fletcher. Suspect walks up to victim’s front porch and takes loss. Suspect then walks to a waiting vehicle and drives away. LOSS: Parcel packages. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Dark colored, 4-door, sedan. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic or White, wearing a black hooded heavy jacket, dark t-shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and sunglasses.
• 1-11-23, 9:45 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspects place loss in bags and leave store without paying. Suspect 2 brushes past employee with shoulder as employee is standing in the doorway. LOSS: Medication, cosmetics, miscellaneous items. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Female, Black, red hair, wearing a gray hoodie and gray pants. S2 – Female, Black, heavyset, wearing a black hoodie, black pants. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: White Chevrolet sedan.
STOLEN VEHICLE
1-11-23, 10:15 PM, to 1-12-23, 8:00 AM, 200 block of Monterey (attempt). ’05 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Suspect(s) enter victim’s vehicle through unknown means and tamper with ignition, but fails to start vehicle.
VEHICLE TAMPERING
11-23-22, 6:30 PM to 11-28-22, 6:00 PM, 1600 block of Huntington. ’21 Honda Insight. Suspect(s) tampers with vehicle door lock.
VANDALISM
1-15-23, 11:00 AM, 700 block of Brent. Suspect damages latch to garage door.
FRAUD
12-17-22, 6:52 AM to 1-11-23, 1:00 PM. Victim downloads an app and purchases cryptocurrency. Victim later tries to sign on and realizes that the app has been taken down with no way to recover invested funds.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY
1-9-22, 5:01 PM to 5:06 PM, 800 block of Fair Oaks (Tokoro). Suspect enters business through the back door and takes loss from office. LOSS: U.S. currency. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black or Hispanic, 510-600, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black jacket and black pants.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
• 1-10-23, 9:15 AM to 9:23 AM, 800 block of Monterey. Suspect gains entry into victim’s residence by opening an unlocked front door. LOSS: Keys. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Female, Hispanic or White, 20s, 5’02’’, 130 lbs., dark colored, short curly hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, white socks.
• 1-12-23, 6:00 PM to 1-14-23, 8:37 AM, 1100 block of Pine. Suspect(s) shatter a kitchen window to gain entry. LOSS: Unknown.
• 1-14-23, 3:06 AM, 700 block of Brent. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s garage by breaking two padlocks. LOSS: Bag, toolbox, tools, tool cart, compressor.
TRESPASSING
1-13-23, 1:44 PM, 1700 block of Garfield (Ralphs). Officer responds to a call regarding a subject causing a disturbance. Suspect is warned to not return to the area. Suspect returns at 2:13 PM and is arrested for trespassing and indecent exposure. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 37 years, Modesto.
