THEFT
• 2-21-23, 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 1600 block of Garfield. ’06 Honda CRV. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 2-7-23, 3:00 PM to 2-8-23, 10:00 AM, 1700 block of Raymond Hill. ’08 Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 2-22-23, 10:58 AM, Marengo/Laurel. Officer on patrol attempts to conduct a traffic stop on a suspect vehicle involved with theft. Suspect refuses to pull over and a pursuit ensues. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 30 years, Pasadena, S2 – Male, Hispanic, 21 years, Covina. LOSS: Gas powered gardening tools (recovered).
• 7-31-22, 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM, Cedar Crest/Raymond Hill. ’02 Honda Accord. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 2-21-23, 7:30 PM to 2-22-23, 1:00 PM, 500 block of Mound. ’10 Toyota
Prius. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 2-22-23, 10:45 AM to 10:50 AM, Primrose/Maple. Suspects approach victim in a vehicle and ask for directions. Suspect 2 offers victim jewelry, hugs victim, and takes loss from victim’s neck. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Dark color SUV, possibly a Toyota or Mazda. SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS: S1 (driver) – Male, dark skin complexion, 25-29 years, S2 – Female, dark skin complexion, 25 – 29 years. LOSS: Necklace.
• 2-25-23, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1300 block of Fremont. ’10 Honda Element. Suspect cuts and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 2-25-23, 9:20 AM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then leaves store without paying. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, Shoulder length hair, wearing a white tank top, black shorts, black shoes, and a backpack. LOSS: Food items.
• 2-25-23, 11:03 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then leaves store without paying. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 6’0”, 170 lbs, 25 – 30 years, wearing a black cap, black hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans, gray/white shoes with a star design, and a beige backpack. LOSS: Grooming products.
• 2-24-23, 12:00 AM to 2-26-23, 12:00 AM, 1300 block of Lyndon. ’15 Nissan NV200. Suspect(s) cut and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 2-27-23, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 1200 block of Huntington. Suspect(s) pry open victim’s mailbox and take loss. LOSS: Mail.
DUI
• 2-23-23, 3:01 AM to 4:00 AM, 1100 block of Diamond. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 29 years, Palmdale.
• 2-24-23, 8:36 PM, Fair Oaks/State. Suspect is involved in a traffic collision and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTESD: Male, Hispanic, 55 years, Los Angeles.
IDENTITY THEFT
1-18-23, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Suspect uses victim’s personal information to open an unauthorized EDD account.
FRAUD
2-16-23, 7:26 PM, Suspect(s) gains access to victim’s bank account and makes an unauthorized withdrawal.
ASSAULT
2-22-23, 4:20 PM, 1600 block of Pacific Alley. Victim is riding home when victim sees suspects (one is an acquaintance to victim) loitering in the alley. As victim rides by, suspects tackle and hit victim. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTIONS: (4) Male, Juveniles.
VANDALISM
• 2-21-23, 3:15 PM, 1300 block of Huntington. Suspect(s) graffiti window frame and glass.
• 2-27-23, 12 PM, 1700 block of Garfield (Ralphs). Suspect throws rocks at vehicles in the parking lot. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 45 years, Alhambra.
DEFRAUDING AN INNKEEPER
2-18-23, 3:53 PM, 800 block of Fair Oaks (Gus’s BBQ). Suspects dine at business and leave without paying. Suspect 2 assaults victim with his elbow. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 40 years, black hair, brown eyes, red beard, 5’04’’, 210 lbs., wearing a blue sweatshirt and dark colored pants. S2 – Male, late 20s, black hair, brown eyes, 5’09’’, 200 lbs., wearing a black t-shirt, dark colored pants, dark colored shoes.
