THEFT

 4-27-20, 5:10 AM to 5:27 AM, 600 block of Prospect. ’91 Toyota Land Cruiser. Suspects gain entry into victim’s vehicle by tampering with the rear passenger window. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male, Hispanic, 5’10’’, wearing a dark t-shirt, khaki shorts. S2 – Male, Hispanic, 6’00’’, wearing a dark t-shirt, khaki shorts. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Dark colored SUV. LOSS: Tri-pod, cooler, gas can, protective equipment.

 4-27-20, 1:41 PM to 1:51 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in bag and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 62 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Liquor, miscellaneous items (recovered).

 4-24-20, 5:00 PM to 4-29-20, 3:07 PM, 700 block of Charter Oak. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s garage by damaging a wall. LOSS: Generator.

 4-8-20, 3:00 PM to 4-27-20, 2:00 PM, 600 block of Prospect (attempt). ’09 Honda Civic. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: None.

 4-17-20, 7:00 AM to 9:50 AM, 500 block of Arroyo. ’20 Honda Odyssey. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: Garage openers, cup, keys, miscellaneous items.

 5-1-20, 1:35 PM to 2:00 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in backpack and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 29 years, Tarzana. LOSS: Liquor (recovered).

 5-1-20, 6:54 PM to 7:17 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect places loss in backpack and leaves store without paying. Suspect is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 49 years, Pasadena. LOSS: Liquor (recovered).

 5-1-20, 8:30 PM to 9:15 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Subject takes loss and leaves store without paying. SUBJECT CITED: Female, juvenile. LOSS: Liquor (recovered).

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

4-28-20, 3:05 AM to 3:38 AM, Gillette Crescent/Summit. Officer stops subject for a traffic violation and finds passenger to be in possession of methamphetamine. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 31 years, Los Angeles.

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA

 4-27-20, 2:40 AM to 3:01 AM, 1800 block of Alpha. Officer contacts and finds suspect to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 43 years, Los Angeles.

 4-30-20, 6:32 AM to 6:40 AM, 1100 block of Huntington. Officers respond to a call regarding a package theft and find suspect to be in possession of stolen packages and drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 38 years, transient.

 5-2-20, 1:21 AM to 2:24 AM, Alhambra Road/Fremont. Officer stops suspect for a vehicle code violation and finds suspect to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 23 years, Alhambra.

STOLEN VEHICLE

 4-28-20, 6:19 PM to 6:41 PM, 600 block of Garfield. ’05 Chevrolet Express.

 4-28-20, 1:00 PM to 7:15 PM, 700 block of Mission. ’97 Honda Accord.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 4-28-20, 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1100 block of Huntington. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s unlocked garage and take loss. LOSS: Bicycle.

FRAUD BY FALSE PRETENSE

4-13-20, 8:20 AM to 5-1-20, 5:25 AM. Suspects contact victim by email regarding an employment opportunity where victim would be paid in advance. Suspects send counterfeit checks and instruct victim to deposit the checks and to transfer a portion of the funds to suspects’ accounts. Victim complies and finds the checks to be counterfeit.

ARSON

5-3-20, 12:39 AM to 1:56 AM, 800 block of Stoney. Suspect sets fire on multiple vegetation brushes. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 33 years, Los Angeles.
