The South Pasadena Public Library will be temporarily closed to the public from Tuesday, May 13, through Thursday, May 15, to allow for necessary facility repairs and improvements.
During these closure dates, there will be no public access to the library building, including restrooms. However, curbside book drops will remain open for returns, and expiration dates for held items will be extended to accommodate patrons.
Events Impacted by the Closure
Several events have been canceled due to the closure:
- Tuesday evening English Language Conversation Group – Canceled
- Wednesday morning English Language Conversation Group – Canceled
Community Room Events to Proceed with Adjusted Access
Events scheduled to take place outside or in the Community Room will continue as planned, unless noted otherwise. Attendees can access the Community Room through the designated entrance on El Centro Street.
