
A Special City Council Meeting will be held as a study session on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Amedee O. “Dick” Richards Jr. Council Chambers, located at 1424 Mission Street, South Pasadena, CA 91030.
Led by the Planning Commission, the session will seek community input on recommendations regarding the implementation of Measure SP. Key topics include new height limits, density adjustments, development standards, and proposed amendments to the City’s Zoning Map and Downtown Specific Plan. The interactive meeting will feature exhibits, maps, and boards, with commissioners, Community Development staff, and the City’s consultant on hand to answer questions.

The City Council will convene a Regular Closed Meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. in the same Council Chambers. Public comments will be accepted at the beginning of the meeting before it moves to closed session. Any actions taken will be reported by the City Attorney at the next open session.
