Martin Chalifour is the principal concert master of the Los Angeles Philharmonic; a native of Quebec, Canada; and came to wide prominence upon receiving a Certificate of Honor at Moscow’s International Tchaikovsky Competition in 1986. His career continues to be as a much sought after orchestral violinist, soloist, and chamber musician.

Cecilia Tsan was born in France, was a philosophy and Chinese major, and also graduated from the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris. She has been a prizewinning musician at the Barcelona, Florence, and Paris International Competitions, and travels throughout the world as a soloist and chamber musician. She currently serves as principal cellist with the Long Beach Symphony Orchestra.

Steven Vanhauwaert is a native of Belgium and has appeared in solo recitals from the USA to China and Europe. He is the co-director of the UNBOUND CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL in Mammoth Lakes which is a 3-week long summer festival featuring artists from around the world. Mr. Vanhauwaert is a Steinway artist and is passionate about discovering the less familiar jewels of the classical repertoire.
