South Pasadena police are searching for three suspects following a residential burglary Monday morning in the 200 block of Los Laureles Street. The City Of South Pasadena sent a media release to the public this morning.
The South Pasadena Police Department Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call at approximately 10:15 a.m. on August 10 from a resident who reported hearing a burglary alarm at a neighboring home and seeing three individuals running down the street. Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate the suspects.
The suspects were described as wearing dark clothing and reflective colored safety vests. They fled the scene in a white SUV, possibly a Kia. The vehicle’s license plate is unknown.
Officers checked the residence and found signs of forced entry. The home had been ransacked. The extent of the property loss remains under investigation.
