Hodis Learning & Music (HLM) is hosting several summer programs from June to August. Academic programs include a Standardized Test Prep Workshop, a Personal Statement Workshop, and a Foreign Language Workshop. You can also take an Art Portfolio Workshop or Music School Preparation and Audition Training Workshop. Most programs are four to six weeks long, although the Music School & Audition Training Workshop takes about 20 weeks.
Unlike most summer programs, the ones offered by HLM don’t have rigid timelines. Rather, you set the schedule and start date of your program. Programs are taught by expert instructors in a one-on-one setting, like their usual tutoring and classes offered throughout the year.
“We want to offer intensive programming that students might not have the time to take during the school year. These programs are totally individualized to the student, so they really get the most out of it,” says President and founder Drew Hodis.
“We’re also excited to offer programs that can prepare students for the next level in their art or music education,” he adds, referencing the Art Portfolio Workshop and Music School & Audition Training Workshop.
