SPHS STEM Building:
The concrete foundation has been completed for the north portion of the building. At this time, the crews are diligently working to achieve the next several concrete pour dates for the month of April in order to maintain the schedule.
SPHS Physical Education and Athletic Facility:
The plans continue to be developed with more depth and specificity in order to submit to the Department of State Architects this summer.
SPMS Hard Court & Field Project:
Progress has continued despite the recent rain events. A
majority of the perimeter fencing has been replaced and final grading will soon be completed. Within the next month, base for the new field should be in place and site hardscape will be well underway.
SPMS Old Gymnasium Re-purposing:
The team is working to re-evaluate the structural and seismic requirements for the old gymnasium in order to review potential costs savings with the design. As such, the team anticipates submission to the Division of State Architects by
June 2018.
