Major Roadway Work Postponed

Cal-Osha issues a heat warning advisory, delaying improvements along El Centro Street until Monday

PHOTO: Bill Glazier | SouthPasadenan | Due to a heat warning advisory issued from Cal-Osha, major road improvements have been postponed along El Centro Street in South Pasadena.
 

The El Centro Street roadway improvements for the week of Monday, July 9, through Wednesday, July 11, have been postponed. 

Cal-Osha issued a heat warning advisory that is causing the pavement schedules to be rescheduled. 

Property owners, farmers market officials and businesses were notified of the new schedule on Monday, July 9.

The tentative roadwork improvements are set for July 16 through the 18 cold-mill/leveling course and finish work on Friday, July 20, from Meridian Avenue to Fair Oaks Avenue.
