Bonnie Hargett, proprietor of the eclectic and cozy home décor shop, Lloyd & Lane, hosted a holiday mixer to kick off the holiday season along with her partner, Alexander Tovar. Chamber members and clients gathered for the festivities to visit and shop.
Lloyd & Lane is located in the house on the corner of Fair Oaks Avenue and Oxley and is clearly decked out for the holidays, chock full of gift ideas for everyone on your list whether it be a piece of vintage furniture to unique vessels for your garden, holiday ornaments, decorative candles, throwpillows, books or vintage items for the home.
An exciting development is that Lloyd & Lane is about to be featured on HGTV on December 9th in a story of a local couple’s kitchen remodel. The couple found a lovely sidetable at Lloyd & Lane and the scene will be shown on House Hunters Renovation, so tune in to see Bonnie and Alex in action! How’s that for putting South Pasadena on the shop local map?!
Bonnie tell us, “we have a holiday sale that runs through the end of the month which is 10% off $100, 20% off $250 and 30% off $500, so come and buy all your presents and save!”
One of the interesting items that had everyone talking are the incredibly real looking roses in individual vases. They are handcrafted by a friend of Bonnie’s who lives in Texas and well, you will need to resist the urge to smell them because they look so much like the real thing. They are hot sellers for sure. Said Alex, “they save you a lot of money let’s put it that way!”
