Federal and California State Tax Forms Available at the Library

The South Pasadena Public Library is now distributing the following state and federal tax forms and instructions: 540, 540 2EZ, and 540 NR from the Franchise Tax Board, and 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). These forms and booklets are available free to the public while supplies last. Forms and instructions can also be downloaded from the IRS website at www.IRS.gov. Forms can be printed at the Library for 15¢ per page. Free copies of IRS forms, schedules, instructions and publications may also be obtained by calling 1-800-829-3676. Library staff are able to assist with locating specific forms, but cannot give tax advice or help in filling out the forms.

The Library is open 7 days a week, including Thursday nights for the convenience of visitors to the South Pasadena Farmers’ Market, which is held one block from the Library. Library hours are Monday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; and Sunday 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Free parking is available after 12:00 p.m. in the Mission-Meridian Parking Garage at 805 Meridian Avenue, adjacent to the Gold Line Station.
