Ready to give your child a head start in learning one of the world’s most widely spoken languages? Kids Klub South Pasadena is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its After-School Mandarin Dual Language Academy, starting January 7th, 2025, right after winter break!
Designed for students from Kindergarten to 5th grade, this immersive program combines language learning with exciting activities, safe transportation, and a nurturing environment. Whether your child is already in Marengo Elementary’s Dual Immersion Program or entirely new to Mandarin, this program ensures every child feels welcome and thrives.
Program Highlights
- Mandarin Immersion: Children will build skills in reading, writing, and conversational Mandarin through engaging lessons and cultural activities.
- STEAM Workshops & Enrichment: Explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and math in a bilingual setting, alongside sports, theater, and current events.
- Homework Assistance: Experienced Mandarin-speaking instructors provide personalized support for students’ academic needs.
- Safe Transportation: Trained drivers will pick up children directly from Marengo Elementary and ensure safe arrival at Kids Klub South Pasadena.
- Healthy Snacks: Organic, nutritious snacks are included daily to keep students energized.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from Marengo dismissal to 6:00 PM
