For the Love of Chocolate | A Sweet Lover’s Delight FEBRUARY 8

 

“For the Love of Chocolate,” a festive dinner and fundraising event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, February 8, at the Woman’s Club of South Pasadena.

All proceeds from “For the Love of Chocolate” will benefit the Woman Club’s philanthropic and charitable projects, including annual scholarships.

It billed as “a festive evening of wine, appetizers, catered dinner.

The Darden Sisters Band will perform romantic music of the decades, featuring ragtime, rock, country and classic tunes.

Raffle prizes and a silent auction will also be a part of the event.

For dessert, guests will be able to indulge themselves to their hearts content at an all chocolate treats buffet.

Local merchants and organizations have donated many of the prizes and auction items.
