Filming in South Pasadena June 16 to 28

Movies, commercials and student films are regularly filmed in South Pasadena because of its “anywhere in the U.S.A.” look, according to the city’s film liaison Joan Aguado.

Below are some of the recent productions filmed in South Pasadena:

•6/27 – A commercial for “America’s Best Eyeglasses” was shot in the 1500 block of Mission and Garfield Park.

•6/28 – A commercial for “NFL Youth” was shot in the 1900 block of Fletcher and 600 block of Fair Oaks Avenue.

•6/28 – A still photo for “Splitting Up Together” was shot in the 1900 block of Oak Avenue.
