Movies, commercials and student films are regularly filmed in South Pasadena because of its “anywhere in the U.S.A.,” according to the city’s Film Liaison Joan Aguado

Below are some of the recent productions filmed in South Pasadena:

  • April 5 – A TV commercial for “Spotify” was shot in the 400 block of Grace Drive.
  • April 6 – A TV pilot for “Heart of Life” was shot in the1600-1800 blocks of Fletcher Ave.
  • April 7 – A USC student film, “Iodized,” was shot in the 800 block of Orange Grove Ave.
  • April 11 – A TV show, “Botched,” was shot at the South Pasadena Farmer’s Market.
