Our South Pasadena Farmers Market is currently in its 18th year and continues to grow, evolve and thrive. As we head into late fall, the Market will transition to winter market hours the week of November 5th; the Market will be open from 4pm to 7pm.

If you haven’t been to the Market lately, you’ll want to check out the new vendors. We Got Pops features delicious popsicles made with fruit in incredible flavors like mango, pineapples and cream,key lime pie and coconut.


Star Sky Granola makes granolas that are baked with certified organic, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and non-GMO ingredients without any preservatives, artificial sweeteners, refined sugar or salt. The unrefined dehydrated cane juice, chocolate, coffee they use are all Fair Trade Certified.

South Pasadena Farmers Market is open every Thursday, rain or shine (except Thanksgiving)

Visit the Market on October 26 for the annual Happy Healthy Halloween – several of the vendors will be giving out treats (some healthy, some more traditional – all yummy!)


25 year South Pasadenan resident, Alisa Hayashida, hails from Hawaii by way of Los Angeles and San Diego. She studied theatre arts at University of California, Irvine and spent many years acting, directing and teaching in Paris, France working at Le Petit Atelier, Studio VO/VF, Galerie 55, as well as private coaching. Her career in performance and production took her all over Europe, New York, India and Los Angeles. Alisa has been an arts advocate for most of her life and is passionate about her community. She has been covering arts and culture in the San Gabriel Valley for the past six years and lives with her husband and son in South Pasadena.
