Facebook and Instagram are down on Wednesday. Technical issues have been reported since around 9 a.m., according to tracking site Down Detecter.
It’s not exactly clear if the downtime is regular maintenance, some sort of upgrades, or something worse.
Facebook has reported: “down for maintenance.”
