  • 1-6-18, 6:41 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. Suspect Arrested: Male, Hispanic, 54 years, transient. Loss: Liquor, miscellaneous items (recovered).

 

  • 1-7-18, 3:56 p.m., 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. Suspect Arrested: Male, Black, 54 years, Pasadena. Loss: Cleaning supplies (recovered).

 

  • 1-7-18, 6:37 p.m., 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. Suspect Arrested: Male, White, 44 years, transient. Loss: Liquor, compression wrap and nail clippers.

 

  • 1-7-18, 4:38 p.m., 4900 block of Harriman. Suspect takes loss from victim’s front porch. Suspect Description: S1 – Male, Hispanic, late 20s to early 30s, wearing all black, hooded sweatshirt with white colored font on front. S2 – Male, Hispanic, late 20s to early 30s, wearing red clothing. Suspect Vehicle Description: White 2000 Honda. Loss: Parcel package.

 

  • 1-9-18, 11:34 a.m., 1100 block of Oak. Suspect takes loss from victim’s front porch. Suspect Description: Male, Armenian or Hispanic, black facial hair, medium length black hair, wearing a white sweater with the word “Explore”, black pants, black shoes. Loss: Parcel package.

 

  • 12-29-17, 10:01 a.m. to 8:20 p.m., 500 block of Garfield. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s front porch. Loss: Parcel package.

 

  • 12-26-17, 12:30 p.m., 1100 block of Magnolia. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s balcony. Loss: Bicycles.

DUI

1-7-18, 2:10 a.m., Huntington/Kendall. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Driver Arrested: Male, White, 25 years, Baldwin Park.

 

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • 1-9-18, 10:12 a.m., Grand/Sterling. Officer contacts with suspect who is found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Suspect Arrested: Male, White, 30 years, South Pasadena.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

  • 12-13-17, 12:00 a.m., 1000 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect uses victim’s account information and withdraws funds.

 

  • 1-6-18, 12:01 a.m. to 1-9-18, 12:53 p.m., 300 block of Alta Vista. Suspect uses victim’s account information and makes an unauthorized purchase.

 

  • 12-27-17, 11:51 p.m. to 12-28-17, 10:03 a.m., 1500 block of Via Del Rey. Suspect uses victim’s account information and withdraws funds.

VANDALISM

  • 1-4-18, 6:04 p.m. to 6:58 p.m., 1700 block of Garfield. Suspect kicks victim’s vehicle door. Suspect Description: Male, Asian, 5’09’’, 28 to 34 years, possible forearm tattoos. Suspect Vehicle Description: Silver Toyota Camry.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

  • 1-5-18, 4:28 p.m., 900 block of Fair Oaks. Officers respond to a subject urinating in public and find the subject to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Suspect Arrested: Male, White, 35 years, Fontana.

STOLEN VEHICLE

  • 1-6-18, 11:35 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 1600 block of Mission. ’98 Honda Civic.

ATTEMPTED CARJACKING

  • 1-8-18, 11:22 a.m., 1700 block of Garfield. Suspect confronts victim and demands the keys to victim’s vehicles. Victim refuses and suspect chases and pushes victim to the ground. Suspect Arrested: Male, Black, 23 years, Washington, D.C.

AUTO BURGLARY

  • 1-5-18, 9:15 PM to 9:50 p.m., Stratford/Grevelia. ’10 Toyota Yaris. Suspect(s) smashes windows to victim’s vehicle and take loss. Loss Purse, miscellaneous papers, cash.

 

  • 1-9-18, 11:25 a.m. to 11:55 a.m., 1300 block of Huntington. ’13 Chevrolet Cruze. Suspect(s) smashes window of victim’s vehicle and take loss. Loss: Backpack, glasses, spare keys, checkbook, laptop bag, laptop, miscellaneous papers.

 

  • 12-30-17, 7:10 a.m. to 8:50 a.m., 1800 block of Foothill. ’10 Mazda. Suspect(s) smashes window of victim’s vehicle and take loss. Loss: Miscellaneous clothing.
