The City of South Pasadena is hosting a Community Meeting on Saturday, October 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This will be a hybrid meeting held in Council Chambers and via Zoom. Location and Zoom details are provided below. South Pasadena renters, property owners, and interested community members are invited to provide input on what you would like to see in an amended Just Cause for Evictions Ordinance to address the issue of substantial remodel evictions.
An RSVP is not required to attend the meeting. However, to support staff’s planning efforts, staff encourages those who would like to attend to reach out to Leah Demarest at ldemarest@southpasadenaca.gov or (626) 372-8755 to let them know if you plan to attend in-person or via Zoom.
