There are two weeks left to check out the Todd Westover exhibit at Monopole Wine and there will be a closing reception on Saturday June 17th from 5pm-10pm. Skip Heller and the Hollywood Blues Destroyers will be adding musical tones to the evening and of course wine will be flowing.
Todd Westover is an artist living in Los Angeles California. The flowers can be traced back to a doodle as a child on school notebooks. Todd started painting with his two young children. At first trying to use up the paint they left behind, he painted flower patterns that reflected his love of 1950’s and 60’s pop culture imagery.
Also a graphic designer and photographer, he has art directed several national newsstand magazines, designed websites, videos, posters, CD packaging, and lots of other cool stuff.
Monopole Wine is located at 21 S. El Molino Ave. in Pasadena, just north of Pasadena Playhouse.
