On Wednesday, October 5th, the Community Services Department relaunched its Teen Center. The goal of the launch of the Teen Center is to showcase a new community resource that will provide our teens with a safe place to socialize, spend time after school, and learn.

The Teen Center is a free drop-in program open to South Pasadena students and residents ages 11-15 years old. The program will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the South Pasadena Senior Center, located at 1102 Oxley Street.

The program will include educational workshops, group projects in the community, structured free time, social activities such as board games and ping-pong, and more activities to engage teens in the community. In addition, a daily snack will be provided to program participants.
