About noon Friday South Pasadena Police Department in pursuit and containment of attempted burglary suspect near the 700 block of Adelaine Drive area.
Police units and helicopters attempted to capture the suspect, described as a black male wearing a white checkered shirt and blue hat. The suspect is still at large.
SPPD Officer SGT Shannon Robledo said a call came in from neighbors hearing breaking glass. The suspect did not enter the home, said SGT Robledo.
