Citizens representing Arroyo Project 3-Par are inviting golfers and concerned citizens to make their voices heard at the upcoming City Council Meeting on September 6, 2023 at 6pm at the Amedee O. Richards Jr. Council Chambers at 1424 Mission Street in South Pasadena. Join the meeting with Zoom Webinar ID: 825 9999 2830. No passcode required. It is a special joint meeting of City Council and the Ad Hoc City Leased Recreational Facilities Committee.

Message from Arroyo Project 3-Par:

Don’t let them take our 18 hole par 3 course away! The City of South Pasadena is in the preliminary stages of converting the Par 3 Arroyo Seco Golf course from an 18 hole course to an Executive 9 Hole Course with Par 3’s and Par 4’s.

There must be a better solution to accomplish all this without losing our beloved 18 hole course to a paved parking lot and 9 holes of golf.

In a nutshell: much improvement and renovation is needed and welcomed. Adding Top Tracer Bays to the driving range, expanding Miniature Golf to 18 holes, opening the restaurant and patios, and renovation of the Clubhouse area will make for a popular family and adult recreation spot to generate revenue for the City of South Pasadena.

YES on much needed renovations to our existing Arroyo Seco Course.

NO to the 18 hole course conversion down to 9 holes.
