DRUNK IN PUBLIC

  • 9-10-19, 10:29 AM to 11:03 AM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks. Officer responds to a welfare check and finds subject to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 54 years, transient.

VANDALISM

• 9-7-19, 4:00 PM to 9-10-19, 11:30 AM. 1000 block of Mission. Suspect uses rock to shatter victim’s office window.

• 9-15-19, 3:02 PM to 3:06 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect writes graffiti on police radar trailer.

• 9-16-19, 7:28 AM to 7:41 AM, 1800 block of Fremont. Honda HRV. Suspect(s) smash victim’s car window.

POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL ON SCHOOL GROUNDS

  • 9-3-19, 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM, 1400 block of Fremont. Subject brings alcohol to school grounds. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, juvenile.

DUI

  • 9-11-19, 11:29 AM to 12:12 PM, Mission/Fremont. Officers respond to a traffic collision and find the suspect to be driving under the influence of drugs. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 29 years, La Verne.

TRESPASSING

  • 9-12-19, 9:44 AM to 10:06 AM, 600 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect refuses to leave private property after being told numerous times to do so. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 29 years, transient.

THEFT

• 9-12-19, 4:24 PM to 4:54 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect take loss and leave store without paying. Officer locates suspect inside store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, 33 years, San Rafael.

• 9-3-19, 12:01 AM to 9-4-19, 8:00 AM, 600 block of Stoney. Suspect(s) remove loss from park. LOSS: Portable toilet.

• 9-4-19, 8:20 PM to 9-5-19, 7:00 AM, 200 block of Monterey. Suspect(s) cut lock and securing loss. LOSS: Bicycle.

• 9-5-19, 12:01 PM to 8:00 PM, 600 block of Orange Grove. Suspect(s) remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Registration sticker.

• 9-16-19, 9:26 AM to 9:47 AM, 1700 block of Huntington. Chevrolet Traverse. Suspect(s) enter victim’s unlocked vehicle and take loss. LOSS: Wallet, credit card, keys.

STOLEN VEHICLE

• 9-13-19, 9:45 AM to 12:00 PM, 800 block of Fremont. ’94 Honda Civic.

• 9-14-19, 10:08 AM to 10:56 AM, 2000 block of Empress. ’12 Honda Fit.

AUTO BURGLARY

• 9-13-19, 2:55 PM to 3:09 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks. ’05 Toyota Solara. Suspect smashes victim’s car window and takes loss. LOSS: Laptop.

• 9-16-19, 1:54 PM to 2:19 PM, 800 block of Brent. ’15 Chevrolet Silverado. Suspect(s) smash victim’s car window and take loss. LOSS: U.S. currency.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

• 9-13-19, 4:18 PM to 4:59 PM, 2000 block of Milan. Suspect cashes fictitious checks with victim’s banking information.

• 9-16-19, 12:32 PM to 1:09 PM, 300 block of Alta Vista. Suspect uses victim’s personal information and attempts to open an unauthorized credit account.

FRAUD

  • 9-10-19, 8:22 AM to 9:00 AM, 1000 block of Mission. Suspect calls victim, claiming to be a police officer from Hong Kong. Suspect informs victim that she is under investigation and a warrant will be issued for her arrest unless victim wires money to suspect. Victim complies with suspect’s instructions. LOSS: U.S. currency.

COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY

  • 9-6-19, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 1000 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect pays restaurant bill with a counterfeit bill. SUSPECT DESCRPTION: Female, Asian, elderly.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

  • 9-16-19, 10:11 AM to 10:50 AM, 600 block of Grand. Suspect(s) enter victim’s unlocked garage and take loss. LOSS: Sunglasses, makeup bag.
