THEFT

• 11-27-19, 12:40 PM to 11-27-19, 1:07 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employees see suspect place loss in a bag and exit store without paying. Officer locates suspect in store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, 52 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Miscellaneous items (recovered).

• 11-27-19, 6:41 PM to 7:18 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect place loss in a backpack and exit store without paying. Officers locate suspect in store and find suspect in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 44 years, Los Angeles. LOSS: Foil (recovered).

• 11-30-19, 5:56 PM to 6:11 PM, 1300 block of Huntington (T-Mobile). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect remove loss from security devices. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 20 years, wearing a tan jacket, dark denim jeans, and beanie. LOSS: Smartwatches.

• 12-1-19, 11:24 PM to 11:53 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect place loss in a wheelchair exit store without paying. Officers locate suspect outside store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 45 years, Reseda. LOSS: Medication (recovered).

• 12-2-19, 9:44 AM to 11:13 AM, 00 block of Monterey. Suspect(s) break open mailboxes and take loss. LOSS: Mail.

• 12-3-19, 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, Fremont/Rollin. ’14 Honda CRV. Suspect enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Miscellaneous cards, equipment, and items. • 12-3-19, 11:32 AM to 12:10 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and employee sees suspect hide loss inside his coat and exit store without paying. Officers locate suspect walking away from store. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 31 years, transient. LOSS: Alcohol.

• 12-3-19, 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 200 block of Camino Del Sol. ’19 Ford F250. Suspect(s) take unsecured loss from victim’s truck. LOSS: Power tools.

• 12-3-19, 4:59 PM to 5:29 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enter store and employee sees suspect take loss and exit store without paying. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 40 years, wearing a black hat, green shirt, blue jeans, and a brown backpack. LOSS: Medication.

• 9-26-19, 1:57 PM to 9-28-19, 3:59 PM, 1200 block of Via Del Rey. Suspect makes an unauthorized transaction with victim’s debit card.

• 12-11-19, 4:03 PM to 4:44 PM, 1000 block of Mission. Suspect takes unattended loss. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 40 years, curly hair, wearing a green jacket, hat. LOSS: Purse, bank cards, U.S. currency, miscellaneous cards.

• 11-18-19, 11:00 PM to 11-19-19, 8:00 PM, 100 block of Monterey. Suspect takes loss from victim’s residence and makes multiple unauthorized transactions with victim’s banking information. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male. LOSS: Laptop.

• 12-13-19, 8:02 PM to 8:33 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspects enter store and employee sees suspects take loss and exit store without paying. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: S1 – Male, White, 45 years, Monterey Park, S2 – Female, White, 33 years, Whittier. LOSS: Liquor (recovered).

• 12-16-19, 5:12 AM to 5:33 AM, 700 block of Fair Oaks (McDonalds). Suspect takes unattended loss and uses victim’s credit card to make an unauthorized purchase. LOSS: Wallet.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

• 11-27-19, 11:08 PM to 11:28 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks. Officer responds to a disturbance call and finds subject to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 62 years, Los Angeles.
• 12-4-19, 1:09 AM to 1:46 AM, Monterey/Meridian. Officer responds to a welfare check and finds subject to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 63 years, South Pasadena.

• 12-12-19, 12:39 AM to 12:50 AM, Oxley/Fremont. Officer contacts suspect sitting on a retaining wall and is found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 34 years, South Pasadena.

• 12-12-19, 10 PM, 1000 block of Mission. Officers conduct a welfare check on a subject in the street. Subject is found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 26 years, Azusa.

• 12-13-19, 10:47 AM, Mission/Meridian. Officers conduct a welfare check on a subject lying on the ground. Subject is found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 50 years, Los Angeles.

DUI

• 11-29-19, 12:14 AM to 1:00 AM, Meridian/Mission. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 28 years, Stanton.

• 11-29-19, 4:40 AM to 5:32 AM, 300 block of Orange Grove. Officers respond to a disabled vehicle blocking the road and find the driver to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 27 years, Los Angeles.

• 12-12-19, 3:23 AM, 2000 block of Pine. Suspect is involved in a traffic collision and is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Hispanic, 36 years, Alhambra.

• 12-15-19, 2 AM, Fremont/Columbia. Suspect is stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 31 years, Los Angeles.

GRAND THEFT AUTO

• 11-29-19, 6:30 PM to 11-30-19, 8:00 AM, 4900 block of Harriman. ’01 Dodge Ram 2500. Suspect enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and attempts to steal it.
• 12-11-19, 6:45 PM to 12-12-19, 6:45 AM, 1200 block of Oak (attempt), ’99, Chevy Suburban. Suspect(s) pries door lock to gain entry and tampers with ignition, but fails to start vehicle.

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA

• 11-30-19, 10:34 AM to 11:06 AM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks. Officer on patrol contacts subject in a vehicle to check on his well-being and finds subject to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a credit card reader. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Asian, 53 years, Carson.
• 12-9-19, 5:21 AM to 5:43 AM, Glendon/Monterey. Officers respond to a suspicious subject call and find subject in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 35 years, transient.

ASSAULT

• 12-3-19, 8:57 AM to 9:53 AM, 1700 block of Fremont. Suspect gets into a physical altercation with victim and threatens to hit victim with a statue. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 52 years, South Pasadena.

AUTO BURGLARY

• 11-29-19, 10:00 PM to 11-30-19, 1:00 PM, 4900 block of Harriman. ’06 Toyota Tacoma. Suspect(s) enter victim’s vehicle through unknown means and take loss. LOSS: Car battery.

• 12-1-19, 8:00 PM to 8:15 PM, 600 block of Stoney. ’17 Subaru Forester. Suspect shatters victim’s car window and take loss. LOSS: Purse, ID, bank cards.

• 12-6-19, 9:30 AM to 10:10 AM, 1900 block of La France. ’04 Chevrolet 1500. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s vehicle through unknown means and cut security cable. LOSS: Gardening tools.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

• 12-4-19, 1:43 PM to 2:03 PM, 1600 block of Fremont. Suspect breaks door open to gain entry into laundry room. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Unknown subject, black hair, wearing a green jacket and blue jeans. LOSS: U.S. currency.

• 12-10-19, 9:53 AM to 12:46 PM, 1400 block of Magnolia. Suspect takes unattended loss from victim’s front porch. LOSS: Sports equipment.

• 12-11-19, 10:42 AM to 11:07 AM, 800 block of Columbia (attempt). Suspect(s) smashes window but fail to gain entry. LOSS: None.

TRESPASSING

• 12-2-19, 5:34 AM to 5:47 AM, 1000 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect enters business after being told not to return. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 49 years, transient.
• 12-13-19, 6 PM, 1700 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect is in victim’s carport and is arrested for trespassing. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 28 years, Los Angeles.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• 12-2-19, 11:59 PM to 12-3-19, 12:20 AM, 900 block of Mission. Officer on patrol contacts subject and finds subject in possession of methamphetamine. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 36 years, transient.

VANDALISM

• 12-4-19, 4:29 PM to 4:43 PM, 1500 block of Fremont. ’14 Jeep Patriot. Suspect shatters victim’s car window. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 25 years, wearing a black hat, black jacket, and a white t-shirt.

• 12-7-19, 9:00 PM to 12-8-19, 7:00 AM, 300 block of Arroyo. Suspect(s) cut down victim’s trees.

• 12-8-19, 5:54 PM to 6:45 PM, 100 block of Monterey. Suspects get into a verbal argument with victim and kicks victim’s vehicle. Suspect 2 then pours alcohol inside victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS: S1 – Male, Black or Hispanic, 5’8”, thin build, S2 – Female, 5’7”, 300 lbs.

FRAUD

• 12-10-19, 9:36 PM, 800 block of Fair Oaks (Canoe House). Suspect enters business and exchanges a counterfeit bill for another bill. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 6’0”, 35 – 40 years, athletic build, wearing all black clothing.

• 12-10-19, 4:00 PM to 12-11-19, 4:59 PM, 1500 block of Mission. Suspect enters business and sells counterfeit gold bars to victim. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, 5’08”, heavyset, short hair, with a beard.

IDENTITY THEFT/CREDIT CARD FRAUD/CHECK FRAUD

• 8-23-19, 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, 1600 block of Bushnell. Suspect uses victim’s banking information to make an unauthorized transaction.

• 12-14-19, 12:50 PM to 1:06 PM, 2000 block of Oak. Suspect uses victim’s information to open an unauthorized credit card account.
