Weather Update Thursday – More Rain, But Less of It

The lingering Pacific system is still hanging over South Pasadena, keeping Thursday and Friday cool and unsettled, with the heaviest rain expected Thursday afternoon. The good news: by Saturday the system finally moves out, and much better weather makes a welcome return.

Thursday (Today)

Current: Mostly cloudy, about 55°F.
Morning: Isolated light showers possible in and around Pasadena and South Pasadena.
Afternoon: More rain showers are expected to move through.
Evening: Showers tapering but remaining cool and overcast. Still raining

High: 58°F
Low: 53°F

Cool, damp, and unsettled. Expect intermittent rain, especially after noon.


Friday

Overall: Cloudy and cool with intermittent showers. Not a washout, but several weak disturbances may push through the LA & SGV areas.
High: 65°F
Low: 53°F

Still unsettled, lingering moisture. Cooler than normal. Brief dry windows are likely, but expect occasional light rain throughout the day.

Overall: Significant improvement. Partial sunshine returns with a warming trend.
