Tickets are now on sale for the 61st Pasadena Showcase House of Design, set inside the historic Baldwin Oaks Estate in Arcadia from April 19 through May 17, 2026.
The 1907 Shingle-style residence, set on nearly two acres of oak-filled grounds, reflects early 20th-century design with elements inspired by the American Arts and Crafts movement. Baldwin Oaks Estate is one of Arcadia’s most storied homes and was once the residence of Clara Baldwin Stocker, eldest daughter of California pioneer Elias “Lucky” Baldwin.
Tucked beneath a sweeping canopy of mature oak trees, the estate offers visitors a rare opportunity to step inside a private home that has witnessed more than a century of California history. From the tree-shaded circular driveway to the wraparound porch and detailed stonework, the more than 8,000-square-foot residence showcases craftsmanship and architectural significance preserved with care.
The 2026 Showcase marks the debut of Baldwin Oaks Estate as the featured home, with 26 interior and exterior designers transforming the space to highlight current design trends while honoring the home’s historic character. Visitors will experience rooms that balance modern creativity with the grandeur and intimacy of a bygone era.
In addition to the design showcase, the 2026 event will introduce optional special experiences available for purchase, including Friday evening happy hours, tasting events featuring sake, tequila, or whiskey, and special programs such as floral design workshops, charcuterie demonstrations, and yoga on the lawn.
