COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

• 9-28-22, 3 PM to 9-29-22, 5:30 AM, 200 block of Pasadena (construction site). Suspect(s) climb over perimeter fence to enter construction site and takes loss. LOSS: Tools.

• 9-29-22, 4 AM, 100 block of Pasadena (Judson’s Studios). Suspects enter business through an unlocked door and takes loss. LOSS: Unknown. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: (2) Males, slender build carrying backpacks.

AUTO BURGLARY

9-30-22, 11 PM to 10-1-22, 8:45 AM, 1200 block of Lyndon. ’17, Ford F150. Suspect(s) smashes victim’s vehicle window to gain entry and takes loss. LOSS: Tools.

POSSESS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

9-29-22, 7:40 AM, Arroyo Verde/Marmion Way. Officers respond to a suspicious person. Suspect is contacted and is found to be in possession of a drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. Suspect is also found to have an outstanding warrant. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 26 years, Los Angeles.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC

9-30-22, 8:50 PM, 900 block of Mission. Officers respond to a disturbance and discover suspects were intoxicated and unable to care for themselves. SUSPECTS ARRESTED: (2) Female, Juveniles.

THEFT

• 10-3-22, 2 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store with loss. LOSS: Multiple bottles of shampoo. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Black, Toyota 4Runner. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Female, Hispanic, 30 years, wearing a straw hat and all black clothing.

• 10-2-22, 7:41PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store with loss. LOSS: Cigarettes and face masks. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 30 years, wearing a turquoise shirt and red shorts.

• 10-1-22, 6:15 PM, 800 block of Bonita. ’19 Mercedes C30. Suspect(s) enters victim’s unlocked vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Backpack.

• 9-29-2, 11:15 PM to 9-30-22, 6 PM, 1200 block of Huntington. ’06, Lexus RS400. Suspect(s) cuts and removes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 9-30-22, 10 AM to 10:40 AM, 600 block of Stoney (Dog Park). ’21, Land Rover Velar. Suspect(s) smashes window to victim’s vehicle and takes loss. LOSS: Purse.

• 9-30-22, 9:39 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Starbucks). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store with loss. Suspect is also found to have an outstanding warrant. LOSS: Tip jar (recovered). SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Black, 25 years, Los Angeles.

• 9-27-22, unknown time to 9-28-22, 1:55 PM, 700 block of Meridian. ’05, Honda Accord. Suspect(s) cuts and removes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

• 9-28-22, 9:27 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store with loss. Officers locate suspect and loss is returned to victim. Suspect is advised of trespassing and not to return. LOSS: Soap (returned). SUSPECT CONTACTED: Male, Hispanic, 27 years, Canoga Park.

• Unknown date/time to 9-27-22, 11:30 AM, 200 block of Pasadena (SP Fitness). Suspect(s) removes loss from exterior wall. LOSS: Light fixture.

DISTURBING THE PEACE

10-2-22, 5:14 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and causes a disturbance inside store. Officers arrive and suspect is also found to have an outstanding warrant. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 50 years, Burbank.

ASSAULT

9-29-22, 2:30 PM, 1800 block of State. Victim and suspect are involved in a road rage incident. Suspect brandishes a metal pipe and hits victim with it. SUSPECT VEHICLE: White sedan. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Asian, 30 years, 509, 155, wearing a white shirt, jean shorts and a white hat.

VANDALISM

9-19-22, 3 PM to 10 PM, 800 block of Meridian. Suspect(s) writes graffiti on victim’s vehicle.

DUI

10-3-22, 7:55 PM, Monterey/Fremont (see attached Press Release).

FRAUD/IDENTITY THEFT

• 9-28-22, Suspect sends a text to victim claiming to confirm a cash transaction. Victim calls suspect and suspect tells victim that checking account and personal information has been compromised and to withdraw money from bank account into a crypto currency account, to resolve issue. Victim complies and suspect later withdrawals funds from victim’s crypto currency account.

• February 2018 to September 2022, Suspect(s) uses victim’s personal information to open bank accounts.

• 9-3-22, Suspect(s) uses victim’s person information and attempt to open bank accounts.
