• 4-9-23, 3:00 PM to 5-9-23, 10:24 AM, 1700 block of Huntington. ’15 Honda CR-V. Suspect(s) remove loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: License plate.

• 5-11-23, 3:33 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 20 years, wearing a green t-shirt, black pants, riding an electric scooter. LOSS: Flashlight, food items.

• 5-12-23, 2:34 PM to 3:10 PM, 400 block of Fair Oaks. ’16 Audi Q5. Suspect(s) take loss from victim’s unlocked vehicle. LOSS: Clothing, laptop.

• 5-12-23, 12:00 AM to 5-15-23, 10:10 AM, 1600 block of Meridian. Suspect(s) enter victim’s backyard and take loss. LOSS: Tools, refrigerator, scrap metal.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

• 5-3-23, 12:00 AM to 5-4-23, 2:00 AM, 1900 block of Alpha. Suspects gain entry into victim’s garage by forcing open a door and take loss. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1 – Male. S2 – Male. S3 – Male. LOSS: Bicycle, plumbing fixtures, electronics.

• 5-9-23, 4:00 PM to 5-10-23, 10:00 PM, 1700 block of Marengo. Suspect(s) gain entry onto victim’s property by cutting a padlock securing a fence. LOSS: Unknown.

ASSAULT

Suspect blocks traffic while sitting in a vehicle. Victim approaches and attempts to speak with suspect. Suspect exits vehicle and pushes victim. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, 6’0’’, 220 lbs., wearing a black bandana with white print, orange muscle shirt, black shorts, tennis shoes. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Subaru Forester.

FRAUD

3-22-23, 12:00 AM to 3-23-23, 12:00 AM. Suspect(s) use victim’s information and makes an unauthorized transaction.

DUI

• 5-11-23, 12:02 AM to 1:30 AM, 2000 block of Huntington. Officer stops victim for a traffic violation and finds suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, Los Angeles, 23 years.

• 5-12-23, 5:22 AM, Fremont/Columbia. Officer responds to a call regarding a driver who is asleep at the wheel and finds suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, Pasadena, 23 years.

• 5-12-23, 5:55 PM to 6:03 PM, 800 block of El Centro. Officer responds to a call regarding a welfare check and finds suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, White, Los Angeles, 78 years.

STOLEN VEHICLE

5-10-23, 9:00 PM to 5-11-23, 12:07 AM, 1700 block of Garfield. ’02 Chevrolet Avalanche. Recovered by LAPD Hollenbeck on 5-11-23.

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE

5-10-23, 5:41 PM, 600 block of Mission. ’16 Toyota Prius.

VEHICLE TAMPERING

5-12-23, 6:30 PM, to 5-13-23, 10:30 AM, 1100 block of Huntington. ’21 Hyundai Tucson. Suspect(s) tamper with victim’s vehicle by damaging the vehicle door lock, alarm system, and ignition.

VANDALISM

5-11-23, 6:55 PM, 1100 block of Oxley. Suspect(s) vandalize a stairway with graffiti.

TRESPASSING

5-15-23, 6:38 AM to 7:08 AM, 700 block of Orange Grove. Suspect knocks on victim’s door and attempts to enter the residence. Suspect is found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, Los Angeles, 42 years.
